I wrote my first Chrome extension. The APIs are pretty nice.
From the project page:
Chrome-Reload is an extension for the Chrome web browser to allow automatic periodic reloading of a page. It allows the you to configure how often each page reloads and see a count-down until the next load.
This is useful for scenarios such as monitoring constantly changing pages (eg, search results), or for keeping sessions alive in web applications.
Where do you find the time?
lol – gotta do it man! I just wish I had more time to blog all the shit I half do.
May be it’s a good idea to make an text area in order to select a personnal time for reload (like reloadevery in firefox)
Thnx it’s a great work.

hello nick,
the reload extension is very nice.
It would be very nice, when I fixed the reoload function on tab x today, that after a new start of the pc, the tab x has not lost the reload function.
thanks
cheers guido
I loaded Chromereload today but it is not working properly. When I click on the icon, only the outline of a box comes down and then disappears. I am running Win XP.
Thanks.

Hi Nick,
I was using Chrome Reload successfully and now I don’t even see it listed in the Chrome App Store. Am I missing it? Can you suggest a good alternative?
Thanks!
Michael
I sold Chrome Reload.. and there’s a whole long story. I won’t be doing that again.
Anyway, I don’t think it went very well for either the buyers or the users. The source code is still available, and I believe there are some forks around.
